The operator will easily monitor the fabric spreading process, if there is a fabric defect the operator can identify whether the defect comes inside the cut part or outside of cutpart, So the operator can easily pause the machine, eliminate the fabric defect and overlap the next roll or remove the layer.
Easy-to-use, multi-language, LCD touch screen control panel, view specific reports, up to 50 profile settings can be programmed for different kinds of fabrics.
Venus Tubular spreader, automatically stops when the number of layers are completed or when the roll is completed.
Optional Smart data acquisition system (DCS) collects and reports data: Total number of layers of table, number of layers spread & number of layers to be completed, uptime, dwell time, meter count fabric, fabric defects, fabric spreading capacity, production plan and work allocation...
