Using a linear motion guide system, it is extremely precise and durable.
Smart knife intelligent system: based on a sensor that automatically re-aligns the knife during cutting high ply that controls the knife from deflection to avoid top and bottom variations on the cut parts. Besides, the machine comes with an automatic knife cooling device that ensures the knife is always at a normal temperature when cutting some complex melting fabrics due to heat.
Knife sharpening systems have a long life, low cost, can adjust the knife sharpening angle as desired, ensuring the knife has high durability, stable cutting quality. One grinding stone can use upto 1 year plus.
The bristles are specially designed with high durability, 5x5cm in size to help stabilize the fabric layers, ability to cut low, medium and high ply fabrics in the same machine.
Energy saving: thanks to the dual vacuum systems operating in parallel, the machine can automatically adjust depending on the ply height so the consumption of electricity is very less.
