The machine can spread different materials from knitwear, sportswear, woven fabrics to denim. Venus 120 spreaders are fastest, simple to use, fabric saving, smooth and stable operation and labor saving. Venus 120 comes with a lot of devices and sensors that controls fabric tension, and gives perfect alignment on 3 sides, using the DCS system on board the spreading machine knows where to stop and where to continue to spread to help maximize fabric savings.

The machine can spread the fabrics in the following mode: one way, Zigzag, block way, step lay and ensure uniform spread.
The dancer bar detects the tension from the fabric and adjusts the fabric feeding accordingly synchronized to the speed appropriately in milliseconds to keep the fabric tension always zero.
Using the DCS system, the length of the marker can be input or sent from the lay planning software, that includes the order details, number of layers, fabric type, and the estimated time of spread. using preloaded fabric settings the operator can load the parameters in one touch of a button.
Operator platform helps the operator to stand on one side of the machine to monitor the fabric and adjust and it can be removed depending on the necessity.
The Venus Spreader has a built-in Marker projector system (MPS) that projects the marker directly on the fabric surface. The operator will easily monitor the fabric spreading process, if there is a fabric defect the operator can identify whether the defect comes inside the cut part or outside of cutpart, So the operator can easily pause the machine, eliminate the fabric defect and overlap the next roll or remove the layer.
Easy-to-use, multi-language, LCD touch screen control panel, view specific reports, up to 50 profile settings can be programmed for different kinds of fabrics.
